It's such a cool design. I also like your use of the whole white-gray-black color scheme. It's effective on something like this ;D
The pixels are so cool too! I phail at pixel art without using default shape tools and you're shading is so pro.
AND THE BACKGROUND IS SO AWESOME. SRSLY. It's so....dizzyingly pretty. All those pixels look really good together, and her expression is just right for this.
